The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

El protector auditivo activo M32 de Earmor™ está diseñado para deportes de tiro, entornos técnicos ruidosos y para cazadores
Dos micrófonos capturangripy dirigen el sonido a los altavoces. Amplifica los sonidos bajos y, cuando detecta un ruido peligroso para el oído, lo reduce instantáneamente a un nivel seguro de 82dB, lo que permite al usuario seguir siendo plenamente consciente de su entorno y de las órdenes dadas mientras dispara un arma de fuego
Funciona con 2 pilas AAA de 1,5v (no suministradas) con una duración de ~350 horas. El sistema de desconexión automática de las orejeras después de 4 horas sin intervención del usuario garantiza la protección contra la activación no deseada de los auriculares y el agotamiento de la batería.
Los auriculares y el protector de la diadema están equipados con fundas suaves y delicadas, que garantizan una gran comodidad de uso. Los auriculares M32 tienen un micrófono incorporado, que se puede cambiar al lado derecho o al izquierdo. Un cable con conector de 4 pines NATO Military Standard 7.0 permite montura para los módulos PTT y las conexiones de comunicación por radio
