The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Réplica subcarabina CM045
La réplica ha sido perfectamente ajustada, todo ha sido cuidadosamente acabado en negro mate (+polímero de color ciruela). La réplica está hecha de acero, aleación de zinc, aluminio y de polímero. El cañón, la culata, el protector de gatillo y el selector de fuego son de acero, mientras que la empuñadura de la pistola y la tapa del tubo de gas son de polímero.
La réplica tiene una culata plegada lateralmente. En el lado derecho hay un selector de fuego / seguro característico para las réplicas del sistema AK. En el lado izquierdo del cuerpo se encuentra el riel de montaje lateral - que permite fijar miras ópticas o rieles RIS adicionales.
El desmontaje de la réplica y el montaje de accesorios adicionales está facilitado por el diseño basado en pasadores y palancas, al igual que en la versión original y en otras réplicas de tipo AK en el popular estándar VFC. El cañón exterior esta acabado con una rosca de 14 mm, en la que está montado el supresor de destello. La batería de la réplica se encuentra debajo de la tapa de la cámara.
La réplica está alimentada por un gearbox v.3 fiable con un esqueleto reforzado. Dentro del gearbox se encuentran: conjunto de engranajes de acero, cojinetes lisos de acero de 7 mm, un pistón reforzado y una guía de muelle. La eficacia será proporcionada por un cañón interno de 250mm y una cámara metálica Hop-up.
La réplica viene con un cargador de polímero hi-cap con una capacidad de 500 bolas.

Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.

Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3.
Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
