The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

La réplicas de carabina CXP-APE está fabricada en metal y plástico policarbonato de alta calidad. El cuerpo bipartito, los instrumentos de embrague y la empuñadura key-mod están hechos de metal, minaentras que la empuñadura táctica perfilada, la petaca y las minaras plegables están hechas de plástico.
Un rasgo bien conocido y característico manifestado por todas las réplicass del tipo M4 producidas por la empresa ICS es el diseño único de la gearbox bipartita, que perminate la rápida sustitución del módulo superior y el ajuste de la potencia de la réplicas a los requisitos de la situación en el campo. Para mantener la posición correcta del engranaje durante el montaje de la carrocería, el fabricante utilizó un mecanismo de liberación de la gearbox a la posición cero tras seleccionar la posición segura en el selector de tiro. Esto también perminate alargar notablemente la vida útil de la réplicas.
La culata no sólo se pliega hacia el lado derecho, sino que cuenta con un ajuste de seis niveles y un apoyo para la mejilla elevado. En su interior encontrarás espacio para una batería y un fusible. También es digno de mención el hecho de que la réplicas utiliza un sistema de retroceso eléctrico que hace que la culata se mueva al disparar. La carabina se ha creado teniendo en cuenta tanto a los tiradores diestros como a los zurdos: el selector de disparo y el liberador del cargador son de doble cara, y la palanca de cierre puede montarse en el lado izquierdo o en el derecho.
Los componentes internos son totalmente compatibles con piezas de otras empresas de renombre; la excepción aquí, por supuesto, es el bastidor de la gearbox, la tobera y el empujador. Las piezas internas reforzadas ya son estándar aquí, por lo que la réplicas es una base excelente para una mayor expansión y puesta a punto.

Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3.
Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
