The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

La réplica del fusil Kar98k estaba fabricada en metal y polímero similar a la madera. El metal se utilizó para el cañón, la cerradura, las miras y los accesorios. El polímero se utiliza para la cabeza de cilindro (imitación de madera), y el accionamiento de gas proporciona una alta cadencia de fuego.
El fabricante también se ha esforzado por reproducir lo mejor posible el principio de disparo de este fusil. La réplica dispara perdigones de 6 mm, que se colocan en cartuchos especiales. Los cartuchos con los perdigones se introducen en la recámara de la misma forma que en la red dotsión de arma de fuego: manualmente de uno en uno o mediante el llamado "bote", que se coloca justo encima de la recámara y luego se introducen las cinco "bolas" en un solo movimiento. El Kar98k es una réplica del fusil de 4 cañones, y también en este caso se ha mantenido este sistema. Cada disparo debe recargarse realizando cuatro movimientos con la palanca. Una vez efectuado el disparo y cargada la siguiente bala, el cartucho vacío sale disparado de la misma forma que en el tiro real.
Este fusil, utilizado por muchos recreadores de la Segunda Guerra Mundial, estaba equipado en muchos frentes de Europa en aquella época. Una delicia para coleccionistas y aficionados.

Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second).

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
