The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
La réplica del CM032 está hecha de metal y plástico. El cuerpo y algunas partes internas son de ABS. De metal están hechos: el cerrojo, los dispositivos de puntería, el pie de la culata y el cañón exterior.
El cuerpo de la réplica tiene una textura agradable al tacto y estrías, gracias a las cuales se puede conseguir un agarre seguro incluso con la mano mojada o sucia. La réplica CM 032 tiene un cerrojo metálico, cuyo sonido de recarga puede sorprender gratamente a cualquier jugador.
Dentro de la réplica se encuentra un gearbox V7 que le permite realizar disparos en modo semiautomático y automático. Gracias al cañón largo, la réplica proporciona un buen enfoque y alcance. Además, el CM 032 es una gran base para una réplica de un rifle de francotirador.

Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3.
Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
