The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Réplica de la carabina D96
La réplica del fusil de asalto D96 está hecha de plástico muy resistente. Se caracteriza por su buena elaboración y la atención a los detalles, como el funcionamiento, el seguro ajustable, la imitación del relieve o los rieles RIS. Como en la versión del arma de fuego, la réplica está equipada con rieles RIS en la empuñadura delantera y en la parte superior del cuerpo. Gracias a esto tenemos la posibilidad de configurar los equipos adicionales que se encuentran en el conjunto. El conjunto inluye una empuñadura táctica y una mira red dot de imitación. La culata plegable de dos posiciones y la empuñadura táctica garantizan una posición segura y estable del tirador.

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
