The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Réplica de la carabina SRT-20
La serie de réplicas SPARTAC cumple con las expectativas de los jugadores de airsoft que buscan buena calidad a un precio razonable. El principal factor que permite bajar el precio es la sustitución del metal por polímero de buena calidad en la producción de algunos elementos, incluido el receptor. Sin embargo, el gearbox totalmente metálico (¡qué proporciona más de 400 FPS!) y las piezas mecánicas de buena calidad utilizadas en su interior, hacen que las réplicas de SPARTAC sean tan eficaces en el campo de batalla de airsoft como sus homólogas mucho más caras.
En el momento de sacar la réplica de la caja, ya podemos notar la combinación perfecta de los elementos - no notaremos ningunas holguras, incluso en puntos tan sensibles como la culata o la empuñadura delantera - que pueden aparecer en algunos modelos. Cada SPARTAC viene con un conjunto de accesorios necesarios, como una batería, un cargador y una correa táctica, por tanto la réplica está casi inmediatamente lista para la acción.
La mayoría de los componentes principales de la réplica son de polímero, entre otros, empuñadura delantera, culata, miras, silenciador. El cañón exterior está hecho de ZnAl, mientras que la cercasa del cargador y el cerrojo están hechos de acero. A pesar de la construcción predominantemente de polímero, aquí no sentiremos el desagradable crujido del material, conocido en la mayoría de las réplicas "baratas".
El SRT-20 está equipado con una empuñadura delantera con un set de rieles RIS de 22 mm. Gracias a ellos es posible acoplar toda una serie de accesorios adicionales, como miras ópticas, empuñaduras e iluminación táctica, etc. La réplica también está equipada con una culata telescópica, ajustable en longitud y acabada con un pie antideslizante, y con miras mecánicas. El cañón exterior posee una rosca derecha de 14 mm, en la que está montado el apagallamas.
El acceso a la regulación del sistema hop-up se obtiene de forma estándar - tirando el asa de recarga. En el lado izquierdo del cuerpo se encuentra un selector de fuego/seguro. El corazón de la réplica es un gearbox totalmente metálico del tipo v.2, conocido por su resistencia y fiabilidad, equipado con un conjunto de engranajes de acero y cojinetes de deslizamiento de 7 mm, gracias a los cuales la réplica alcanza una velocidad de salida de más de ~410 FPS.
La réplica viene con un cargador hi-cap de acero con una capacidad de 300 bolas. La batería se encuentra dentro de la culata.

It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second).

Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3.
Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
