The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Réplica de la pistola 1911 TAC
La réplica del conocida pistola, esta vez aparece en versión táctica.
La 1911 TAC está hecha principalmente de metal. El metal se utilizó para la producción del cuerpo junto con la corredera y el cañón exterior. Las empuñaduras están hechas de polímero. Tienen textura antideslizante granulada, gracias a lo cual son más cómodos de sujetar. La réplica posee miras con unos puntos blancos, que imitan las mira de tritio.
Debajo del cañón se encuentra un riel RIS corto de 22 mm que permite montar varios accesorios adicionales, incluyendo luces tácticas o miras láser.
La réplica está alimentado de gas CO2. La cápsula estándar de 12g se almacena dentro del cargador. El cargador está hecho de metal y tiene capacidad de cargar 16 bolas.
La réplica cuenta con el sistema Blow Back, lo que la hace aún más realista. Blow Back mueve la corredera después de cada disparo y la corredera se queda bloqueada en posición trasera después de disparar la última bola.
Gracias a la alimentación de CO2, el retroceso de la corredera es relativamente fuerte y realmente da mucha diversión.

It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second).

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
