The product does not constitute ballistic protection and has no other protective properties. It is not intended for use in protective purposes, including during tactical/war/ASG games.
The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Réplica de la pistola de gas fabricada por WELL. En mayor parte la réplica está hecha de metal. Las partes de polímero incluyen revestimientos de la empuñadura y otras pequeñas piezas internas. La réplica está muy bien hecha y es una representación fiel de la clásica y conocida construcción.
El depósito de gas se encuentra en el cargador con capacidad de 24 bolas. El set incluye un cargador alimentado con green gas. La réplica está equipada con el sistema Blow Back, que aumenta significativamente el realismo del uso de la réplica al realizar los disparos tirando la corredera hacia atrás, al igual que la versión de arma de fuego. Al disparar la última bola, la corredera se queda en la posición trasera.
La réplica cuenta con un seguro de doble cara, que bloquea la corredera, y un seguro de presión en la parte posterior de la empuñadura, que impide el disparo accidental sin agarrar la réplica correctamente.

Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second).

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
