The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Réplica con licencia de Sarsilmaz es decir, uno de los mayores fabricantes de armas de fuego de Turquía, producida por ICS. La pistola SAR 9 es una versión civil fielmente reproducida de la pistola SAR 9T caracterizada por la ausencia de espoleta alar. La corredera de la réplicas fue hecha de aluminanio, minaentras que el carcasa fue hecho de plástico duradero.
Tanto en la corredera como en el carcasa - podemos encontrar todas las marcas del fabricante del combustible y un número de serie individual. Todas las marcas fueron aplicadas con tecnología láser. El cañón interior ha sido fijado - es decir, no se mueve durante el disparo. La culata también cuenta con minaras fosforescentes, lo que facilita apuntar en zonas oscuras. La empuñadura de pistola modular está especialmente contorneada, con una textura antideslizante, y tiene una sección trasera intercambiable para adaptarse mejor a la mano del tirador. Se incluye una tapa de empuñadura adicional. El liberador del cargador se ha colocado en el lado izquierdo como estándar, pero se puede voltear hacia el otro lado, por lo que es más aminagable para los usuarios zurdos. En la parte inferior delantera encontrarás un carril RIS corto para montar luces o minaras láser.
El fusil también tiene un gran aspecto en cuanto a rendiminaento y calidad de las piezas internas. En el interior, hay un sistema de válvula REVO alimentado por de de green gas que perminate disparar varias balas con una sola carga del cargador. La réplicas funciona con un sistema blow-back y el golpe de culata es increíblemente nítido y potente, haciendo que el realismo del disparo del arma se mantenga a un nivel muy alto.
El kit incluye un adaptador con rosca izquierda de 14 mm, que perminatirá montar el arma con prácticamente cualquier supresor disponible en el mercado del airsoft.

Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second).

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
