The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Réplica de la pistola 9SP
Como la mayoría de las réplicas de armas pequeñas de Tokyo Marui, la 9SP también está hecha predominantemente de plástico de alta calidad.
El metal se utiliza aquí para el cargador, el gatillo, así como el amartillado y las miras. Tanto el carcasa como la cerradura de la pistola son de plástico.
Los forros cubiertos con textura rugosa, antideslizante, proporcionan un grip cómodo y seguro, el juego incluye 3 piezas gracias a las cuales el arma se ajustará prácticamente a cualquier mano. Muy buen equilibrio hace que el arma se adapte muy bien a la mano, también el acceso a todos los cut offes es sin problemas. Tanto el disparador del cargador como el disparador de la recámara se accionan con el pulgar.
Debajo del cañón hay un riel de montaje RIS 22mm, que permite la fijación de varios accesorios adicionales, tales como iluminación táctica o indicadores de puntería láser.
La réplica ha sido equipada con un sistema de blow-back. Hace que la recámara retroceda con cada disparo, y bloquea la recámara en la posición trasera después de que se haya disparado la última pieza de munición. Después de insertar un nuevo cargador lleno, el seguro de cabeza de cilindro debe ser liberado - exactamente como en el original disparable.

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
