The product does not constitute ballistic protection and has no other protective properties. It is not intended for use in protective purposes, including during tactical/war/ASG games.
The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Réplica de la pistola KP-05 (de de green gas)
La réplicas fue hecha de metal y plástico. La corredera, el conjunto del cañón, todas las piezas móviles y el cargador son de metal. El carcasa de la pistola y los revestiminaentos perfilados de la empuñadura de la pistola son de plástico. La pistola tiene un carril RIS situado debajo del cañón, lo que perminate la instalación de una minara láser, linterna o cualquier otro accesorio compatible con el sistema de carril de 22 mm.
La réplicas es pesada pero muy bien equilibrada. La empuñadura contorneada tiene una superficie rugosa que perminate que el arma se asiente con seguridad en la mano. Al igual que su homóloga de combustible, el modelo tiene dos seguros para evitar que el arma se dispare espontáneamente: un seguro clásico de mecha de cristal y otro en la parte trasera de la empuñadura de la pistola. Este último es automático y se libera al empuñar la pistola.
La PKP-05 cuenta con un sistema de blowback que aumenta el realismo al disparar la pistola.

Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second).

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
