The product does not constitute ballistic protection and has no other protective properties. It is not intended for use in protective purposes, including during tactical/war/ASG games.
The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Réplica de la pistola KP-07 (CO2)
La réplica producida por KJW está hecha casi enteramente de metal. Los únicos elementos hechos de plástico aquí son algunas pequeñas partes del mecanismo interno. Además, los revestimientos de la empuñadura son de goma, lo que proporciona un grip cómodo y aumenta la estabilidad de la pistola cuando se maneja con guantes o en un ambiente húmedo.
El modelo está hecho con mucho cuidado y bien equilibrado, lo que también aumenta significativamente su estabilidad durante el uso. El gran peso del arma - casi un kilogramo - no sólo añade realismo, sino que también ayuda a compensar el efecto del potente sistema de blow-back.
Lo importante es que la réplica se puede desmontar fácil y rápidamente para su limpieza, lo cual es muy importante cuando se utilizan modelos de gas.
La réplica tiene un seguro de ala de doble cara situado al alcance de los dedos pulgar e índice. Una segunda forma de protección contra el disparo accidental, por ejemplo como resultado de enganchar el gatillo en la funda, es un dispositivo de bloqueo situado en la parte trasera de la empuñadura. No se puede disparar si la réplica no se sujeta en la mano de la forma correcta.
Estamos ante un sistema de blow-back muy realista. Con cada disparo sucesivo, el cerrojo de la réplica se desplaza hacia atrás y luego vuelve a su posición inicial mientras se carga otro cartucho en la recámara. Cuando se efectúa el último disparo y se encuentra el cargador vacío, el cerrojo permanece en la posición posterior.

Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second).

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
