The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Pistola Compacta Ligera (LCP)
LCP, o Pistola Compacta Ligera es una pistola ultracompacta de gas, ideal para aquellos con manos más pequeñas o como réplica de reserva, que cabe en cualquier bolsillo. La falta de un sistema breech-back hace que la réplica sea muy económica en el consumo de gas con cada disparo, es decir, muy económica en el uso.
Tanto el cerrojo como el armazón de la réplica están hechos de plástico polímero, las partes metálicas son el cargador, el gatillo y las piezas pequeñas. Como corresponde a todas las réplicas de la marca japonesa Tokyo Marui, la pistola LCP también se caracteriza por su alta calidad de fabricación, gran fiabilidad y excepcional precisión de funcionamiento.

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
