The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Réplica de la pistola M9A1 V.2
La réplica de la M9A1 v.2 fabricada por la CE sigue el diseño de la pistola más popular de fabricación italiana . La réplica se ha fabricado prestando la máxima atención a los detalles. La cabeza de cilindro, el armazón y el cargador de la pistola son de metal, sólo los revestimientos de la empuñadura son de plástico, exactamente igual que en el arma de fuego original. Los revestimientos son reemplazables y tienen una textura cómoda y antideslizante. La calidad del acabado y el ajuste de los componentes se pueden red dot y sentir nada más coger la réplica. Los materiales utilizados hacen que su peso sea similar al original.
Debajo del cañón, hay un raíl RIS de 22 mm, gracias al cual podemos equipar la réplica con dired dotsos accesorios adicionales, como iluminación táctica o un puntero láser. En la parte trasera de la cabeza de cilindro, hay un seguro de ala de doble cara, equipado con un sistema de amartillado funcional (deckocker). El ala es también el selector del modo de disparo, ya que la M9A1 v.2 tiene una opción de disparo continuo.
Gracias al empleo de un potente sistema de blow-back, también se ha conseguido acercar el uso a su homólogo de combustible - el sistema pone en marcha una recámara ficticia, que se retrae con cada disparo y permanece en posición trasera tras vaciar el cargador. Esto crea un efecto de "patada" en la réplica y mejora enormemente la experiencia y el disfrute del disparo. La M9A1 también se caracteriza por un gatillo de funcionamiento muy suave.
La réplica viene con un cargador de metal que, además del depósito de gasolina, tiene capacidad para 26 cartuchos.

Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second).

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
