The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Modelo 45 fabricada por la icónica Compañía Tokio Marui. Como la mayoría de las réplicas de armas pequeñas TM, la presentada Modelo 45 también fue fabricada predominantemente de plástico de alta calidad. Metal es el cargador aquí, así como algunas piezas pequeñas (incluyendo el mecanismo de cierre). Tanto el carcasa como la cerradura de la pistola están hechos de plástico. La empuñadura cubierta con una textura antideslizante proporcionará una gran comodidad de uso. Debajo de la cerradura hay un raíl RIS de 22mm con una longitud de 65mm, que permite el montaje de accesorios adicionales, tales como una linterna o una mira láser. La pistola tiene un cargador de doble cara y un liberador de cabeza de cilindro, y un seguro de gatillo de una sola cara. Todos los manipuladores de la pistola están situados dentro del pulgar - está idealmente diseñado para un manejo rápido de la pistola.

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
