The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

La empresa< Tokyo Marui< no necesita presentación para nadie. Está en una clase propia cuando se trata de la calidad del producto. Aunque la réplica está hecha de plástico, y sólo los manipuladores y mecanismos son de metal - no tenemos que preocuparnos por durabilidad - ésta es muy alta gracias al detallado diseño.
Gracias a cómodo, que tiene un antideslizantegrip texturizado, la pistola de airsoft perfectamente se apoya en la mano. Toda el arma está hecha de un polímero sintético conocido por su durabilidad y utilizado en las réplicas del establo de Tokyo Marui. Las excepciones aquí son el arco con las miras y todos los manipuladores, como el seguro, el liberador del cargador y el mecanismo de bloqueo.
La réplica ha sido equipada con el sistema blow back. Hace que la recámara retroceda con cada disparo, y bloquea la recámara en la posición trasera después de que se haya disparado la última pieza de munición. Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second).

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
