The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Réplica de subfusil, ligera del fabricante WELL, un veterano en el mercado de las armas de airsoft. La réplica del subfusil WE01A se caracteriza por su bajo peso, su pequeño tamaño y su alta ergonomía. Gracias a esta combinación, la réplica es una opción muy buena para los juegos CQB, pero también será útil como un arma auxiliar para un francotirador. Debido a su pequeño tamaño, es perfecto para los juegos de tipo LARP, encajando fácilmente en una bolsa o mochila, sin llamar la atención del oponente.
La réplica está hecha en su mayor parte de plástico de alta calidad, los pasadores, los tornillos y las guías de muelle son de acero.
El fabricante ha incorporado muchas características ergonómicas a la réplica. El modelo está equipado con una culata deslizante, grip de pistola ampliado, palanca de recarga bilateral, dispositivos de puntería de tipo flip-up y una cubierta frontal M-LOK.
El modelo ha sido equipado de fábrica con un sistema electrónico óptico. El sistema, basado en dos sensores ópticos, detecta la posición del engranaje del pistón y del gatillo. Como resultado, se obtiene una mejor reacción del gatillo y un ciclo completo en cada disparo, lo que mejora la vida de la réplica.

Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3.
Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
