The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Réplica del fusil de francotirador CM702A
La réplica CM702A fabricada por CM es una réplica de muelle de un popular rifle de francotirador de bolt-action. El cuerpo de la réplica es muy sólido y fabricado con polímero reforzado de alta calidad en color negro mate. La culata está terminada por una goma gruesa. Lo interesante es que el pie de la culata sea totalmente ajustable, lo que facilita que se adapte perfectamente a las preferencias del tirador. En el cuerpo de la réplica también se pueden encontrar dos soportes metálicos para la correa táctica o el bípode. La réplica viene en dos partes para facilitar su transporte. Montarlos lleva literalmente un momento y requiere el uso de unos pocos tornillos hexagonales.
Todos los demás elementos son de metal, incluyendo el cañón exterior de una sola pieza, las miras, el guardamonte, el conjunto de cierre con manija de recarga. A pesar del muelle relativamente fuerte utilizado en la culata, la recarga es muy fácil: todo encaja bien y se mueve con suavidad.
La réplica está equipada con un riel RIS de 22 mm, que permitirá la fijación de una amplia gama de miras ópticas.
En la réplica podemos encontrar un efectivo cañón interno de 480mm y un mecanismo de resorte basado en el popular y probado sistema APS-2 fabricado por Maruzen. Justo al lado de la empuñadura se ha colocado la palanca de bloqueo del gatillo, que se puede accionar a través del pulgar. El sistema Hop-up se ajusta mediante la palanca situada en el cañón exterior. El gatillo también es ajustable.
El set incluye también un cargador de polímero con capacidad de 25 bolas.

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
