The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Réplica del fusil de francotirador CM703
La CM703 de CM es una réplica de un popular fusil de francotirador en versión de resorte y bolt-action. La construcción del fusil es muy sólida y está hecha de polímero reforzado de alta calidad. La culata tiene una almohadilla de goma gruesa. La réplica cuenta con dos soportes de metal para fijar cinturón/correas tácticas y un palo extraíble para montar el bípode. La réplica viene completamente montada.
Todos los demás componentes son metálicos, entre ellos: el cañón externo de una sola pieza, el riel RIS, el guardamonte, el portapernos con la palanca de recarga. A pesar del muelle relativamente fuerte instalado en la réplica, la recarga no causa problemas: el mecanismo está muy bien ajustado y se mueve con extrema suavidad.
La réplica esta equipada con un mecanismo de disparo/bloqueo lateral situado en la palanca de recarga. Cumple una doble función: en una réplica no recargada, bloquea la posibilidad de mover el portapernos, mientras que en una réplica recargada constituye un disparador seguro. Además, la culata tiene una almohadilla de goma ajustable que se puede bloquear en la posición deseada con dos tornillos. El cargador está hecho de metal y con una capacidad de hasta 25 bolas.

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
