The product does not constitute ballistic protection and has no other protective properties. It is not intended for use in protective purposes, including during tactical/war/ASG games.
The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Réplica sniper francotirador accionada por muelle. La mayoría de los componentes de la réplica están hechos de polímero: el cuerpo, la empuñadura de la pistola y la culata. Elementos como el cañón exterior, el cerrojo y la palanca de recarga, el riel RIS, el gatillo son de metal.
La réplica está equipada con una culata telescópica conocida en las réplicas de fusiles de asalto - es ajustable, de 4 posiciones, lo que permite adaptar su longitud a las preferencias del tirador. El juego incluye un cargador de plástico con capacidad para 20 bolas.
El riel superior RIS de 22mm permite equipar la réplica con cualquier tipo de mira óptica. El seguro está situado justo al lado de la palanca de carga. El sistema de hop-up se ajusta mediante un tornillo Allen colocado delante del enchufe del cargador - para ajustes es necesario una llave Allen (incluida en el set).
El cañón exterior tiene una tapa desenroscable en la parte trasera, bajo la cual se encuentra una rosca interna en sentido horario de 25 mm que permite la instalación del silenciador.

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
