The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

La réplica del fusil de francotirador está hecha de metal y polímero. Las partes metálicas incluyen el cañón, el cerrojo, la palanca de carga y el riel RIS. Otras piezas, como la empuñadura delantera, el cuerpo, la empuñadura de la pistola, el cargador y la culata son de polímero.
La culata es ajustable en cuatro posiciones. El cargador tiene una capacidad de 20 bolas. El set incluye un speedloader y una correa táctica. El cañón tiene una tapa desenroscable. Debajo de ella hay una rosca interior en el sentido horario de 25 mm que permite fijar el silenciador.
En la caja también encontraremos un bípode sólido hecho de metal y de longitud ajustable (montado en un riel RIS de 22 mm), así como un visor 3-9x40 con aumento ajustable, una montura RIS de dos piezas y un set de protectores.

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
