Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Réplica del fusil GC16 Raider-S fabricada por G&G. La réplica se caracteriza por la más alta, característica de la empresa G&G, mano de obra y cultura, así como por la alta calidad de los materiales utilizados. El principal factor que influye en la calidad es el uso de un cuerpo metálico, el cañón interior, la guía de la culata, los enganches, la carcasa del cargador de munición y la mayoría de las piezas pequeñas. También es importante el hecho de que el grip o la culata son de plástico reforzado con fibra de vidrio.
Es ideal para operaciones de corto y medio alcance debido al muelle M120 utilizado, que proporciona una velocidad de salida de ~380 FPS. El raíl dorsal RIS aplicado permite acoplar cualquier instrumento óptico de puntería en lugar del asa de transporte, mientras que la culata multiposición permite adaptar la réplica a las preferencias de cada usuario. La culata también alberga una batería recargable. La réplica está dotada de un gearbox V2 reforzado y equipado con rodamientos de 8 mm.

Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3.
Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
