The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
La réplica se ha fabricado con componentes con la más calidad, prestando gran atención a los detalles y a la reproducción del original. Casi toda la réplica, excepto algunas pequeñas piezas, son de acero. Las excepciones son: la empuñadura de la pistola ergonómica, la culata y las protecciones de los tubos de gas equipadas con rieles RIS - estos elementos son de polímero.
Gracias a los materiales utilizados y a la calidad de la elaboración, la réplica se caracteriza por una considerable durabilidad. No notaremos ningunas holguras ni faltas de precisión de la fabricación, todo está muy bien ajustado. Toda la construcción parece ser una pieza única y sólida. Por otro lado, las piezas internas permiten una fácil puesta a punto, y garantizan un funcionamiento prolongado sin problemas en la configuración base.
La réplica cuenta con muchas facilidades que no estaban presentes en réplicas anteriores de este tipo. En la parte posterior de la recámara se encuentra una solapa equipada con un riel RIS y una mira mecánica (que se puede desmontar). Los protectores del cañon están equipadas con rieles RIS, que permiten fijar diversos accesorios como empuñaduras tácticas, linternas o miras láser. El seguro está equipado una plataforma especial que mejora el manejo con el dedo índice. Fabricada en polímero resistente, la empuñadura de la pistola tiene una forma ergonómica.
La LCK-12 está equipada con una culata de longitud ajustable que se pliega en el lateral del cuerpo, lo que facilita mucho el transporte, así como su uso en espacios reducidos durante los juegos de tipo CQB.
La velocidad de salida garantizada de este réplica de ~420 FPS hace que este fusil sea una opción ideal para cualquier tirador. Al mismo tiempo, la durabilidad y la calidad de la mano de obra garantizan que la réplica se pueda utilizar no solamente durante los tiroteos estándares, sino también como una réplica de simulación.
La réplica viene con un cargador de polímero mid-cap con una capacidad de 130 bolas.

Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3.
Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
