Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Réplica del subfusil M3
El M3 es una réplicas del subfusil americano conocido como Grease Gun, que seguro gustará a todos los coleccionistas y amantes de las réplicass históricas. La réplicas está hecha prácticamente en su totalidad de metal, ya que en la inflamable original sólo la empuñadura de la pistola es aquí de polímero. El acero se utilizó para la culata, el maniquí de la recámara, la solapa del eyector de proyectiles, el clip para el cinturón, el asa de recarga, el retén del cargador y el propio cargador.
La réplicas está propulsada por una gearbox especialmente diseñada con un muelle M120, componentes reforzados y un juego de cojinetes de 8 mm. Al igual que el original, el subfusil M3 tiene la capacidad de disparar sólo fuego continuo.

Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3.
Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
