The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Todo el cuerpo del arma está hecho de una aleación duradera de zinc-aluminio, incluyendo el raílRIS, el frontal grip, el cañón exterior, el tubo amortiguador, el supresor de sonido y todos los manipuladores. La carcasa delgasynk, la petaca, la aleta expulsora de proyectiles y la placa de cierre ficticia son de acero. Otros elementos, como la grip pistola owy y la caja de la batería AN/PEQ son de plástico, al igual que el prototipo inflamable.
En la parte posterior del carro fusilhay raíl montura un carril RIS de 22 mm, que permite la instalación de grandes accesorios adicionales, como red doty ópticas. En este carril hay un conjunto de instrumentos de puntería mecánicos abatibles. El cañón externo está acabado con una rosca estándar de 14 mm para zurdos, en la que se monta un enorme supresor de sonido metálico. En la base del tubo del búfer hay 2 tomas para monturau suspensión táctica tipo QD.
Réplica estáequipado con grip frontal con un juego de rieles RIS de 22mm. En este caso se utilizó una forma especial grip pistola owy, que es ligeramente más gruesa que gripy montada de forma estándar en réplicas "emek". La batería dedicada (incluida en el set) encaja perfectamente dentro del bote de AN/PEQ ficticio, que también se incluye en el set. La FC-109 cuenta con una petaca telescópica de acero de construcción sencilla.
El corazón de réplicas es el robusto gearbox v.2 en el que encontramos, entre otros, rodamientos de bolas de 8 mm, un juego de engranajesaceroch y una guía de muelle metálica. Además, hay una boquilla metálica sellada y una cámara metálica Hop-up. El sistema se caracteriza por un buen ajuste y una muy buena estanqueidad.
El kit viene con acero cargador tipo hi-cap con una capacidad de ~300 bolas

Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second).

Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3.
Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
