La línea réplicas ASR10x presentada por APS es una opción ideal para los jugadores que comienzan su aventura con el airsoft, o para aquellos que buscan réplicas a un precio atractivo, pero manteniendo un sólido rendimiento tanto de las partes externas como del mecanismo interno.
El cuerpo del arma, el cañón grip, la guía del cañón, cargador y todas las piezas pequeñas como gatillo, el selector de tiro o la aleta eyectora de proyectiles son de metal. Por otro lado, el frontal grip, grip pistola y culata eran de plástico. Se puede acceder al mando de ajuste del sistema hop-up tirando de la empuñadura de recarga. La batería se encuentra en el interior del frontal de grip réplicas .
Réplica está equipada con una culata telescópica ajustable con un pie de goma. En la culata hay un riel RIS corto para fijar equipos adicionales. También bajo el asa de transporte hay un carril dorsal raíl RIS de 22 mm, que puede utilizarse para monturau varios tipos de ópticas red dot.

El corazón de réplicas es el nuevo gearbox v.2 tipo "Silver". Diseñado y fabricado de forma innovadora y más fácil de usar, según las pruebas comparativas realizadas por el fabricante es un 33% más eficiente en términos de consumo de energía que el sistema estándar. Está equipada con un sistema de resorte de cambio rápido que permite al usuario cambiar la energía de la bala sin abrir gearbox.
Los engranajes reforzados están montados sobre cojinetes metálicos de 8 mm. Además, hay un cañón interior de semiprecisión con un diámetro de 6,04 mm, que combinado con una velocidad de descarga moderada de ~390 FPS hace que el ASR101 sea una herramienta ideal para el combate de airsoft a media distancia.
El réplicas viene con un metal cargador tipo hi-cap con una capacidad de 300 rondas.

Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3.
Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
