The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Réplica fusilla CM16 MOD0 UPI Edition de G&G se ha producido en el marco del proyecto Combat Machine, cuyo objetivo es suministrar máquinas de alta gama réplicas a un precio que pueda considerarse económico. Réplicas Combat Las máquinas se caracterizan por la más alta, característica de la empresa G&G, mano de obra y alta calidad de los materiales utilizados. El principal factor que permite reducir el precio es el uso de un cuerpo de plástico de alta calidad reforzado con fibra de vidrio en lugar de metal.
El cuerpo, grip pistola owy, la petaca y muzzle son de plástico. El metal se utiliza para la mira delantera tipo KeyMod grip, el cañón externo, la guía de la petaca, los encajes y la mayoría de las piezas pequeñas.
Después de tirar de la manivela de recarga, la tapa del eyector de cartuchos se abre y la imitación de cerradura se retrae a la posición trasera. Esto le permite ajustar hop-up.
Réplica se hizo en negro con elementos rosas en contraste. Es ideal para operaciones a media distancia debido al muelle M120 aplicado que proporciona una velocidad de salida de ~410 FPS. La cresta aplicada raíl RIS permite conectar cualquier dispositivo óptico opticasit. La batería se encuentra dentro de la parte delantera gripu
Réplica fusilel CM16 MOD0 funciona perfectamente como arma de asalto básica. Gracias a la longitud adecuada de los cañones y al ajustado sistema neumático, dotado de una recámara de alta calidad y de goma HU, fue posible alcanzar una velocidad de salida razonable manteniendo una trayectoria de bala estable y un alcance de fuego considerable. La velocidad de descarga inicial es adecuada para el uso seguro y eficaz de réplicas en terreno abierto.
Réplicas G&G han reforzado gearbox V2 .Gearbox está equipado con rodamientos de 8 mm.

Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second).

Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3.
Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
