The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

La serie de pistolas réplicas American fusilk del establo de ForceCore Industries irrumpe en el popular segmento del mercado del airsoft "Emek under 1000 PLN" y puede competir audazmente con otros fabricantes en él. Los rasgos característicos de réplicas ForceCore son una elaboración externa muy sólida, una construcción casi 100% "full metal", un rendimiento eficaz y estable en stock, así como una gran oferta de modelos interesantes y originales.
La calidad de fabricación hace que podamos poner con confianza y sin complejos réplica ForceCore al lado de modelos más caros de fabricantes de marca. Algunos elementos de réplicas, como las dos partes de la carrocería o la parte delantera grip se han encajado con extrema precisión y es difícil encontrar alguna holgura en este sentido. Además, el cuerpo lleva las llamativas marcas del fabricante grabadas con láser, junto con la característica "rana" del equipo de los Navy Seal.
Entre otros, todo el cuerpo con raílmi RIS, el cañón externo, el tubo de amortiguación, bocacha y todo tipo de manipuladores fueron hechos de aleación de zinc y aluminio duraderos. Otros elementos, como grip pistola owy, cargador y la caja de AN/PEQ para la batería se han fabricado en plástico, al igual que el prototipo inflamable. El matraz de varilla es de acero.
Fusilel ek está equipado con un conjunto de rielesuniversales monturaow 22mm RIS, lo que permite la instalación de considerables accesorios adicionales, como red doty ópticas. Se ha colocado un juego de miras mecánicas abatiblesen el lomo de raílch. El cañón externo está acabado con una rosca estándar de 14 mm a la izquierdaen la que se monta bocacha. En la base del tubo del búfer, hay 2 tomas para monturau suspensión táctica de tipo QD.
Aquí se ha utilizado una forma especial grip pistola owy, que es ligeramente más gruesa que gripy montada de forma estándar en réplicas "emek". La batería dedicada (incluida en el set) encaja perfectamente dentro del bote de AN/PEQ ficticio, que también se incluye en el set.
El corazón de réplicas es el robusto gearbox v.2 en el que encontramos, entre otros, rodamientos de bolas de 8 mm, un juego de engranajesaceroch y una guía de muelle metálica. Además, hay una boquilla metálica sellada y una cámara dedicada Hop-up. El sistema se caracteriza por un buen ajuste y una muy buena estanqueidad.
El FC-103 es un híbrido específico, alimentado por magasynks de réplicas subfusil FN P90. La parte inferior del cuerpo es estándar para réplicas de este tipo, mientras que la parte superior también es una conversión. Aquí podemos encontrar una cámara modificada Hop-up, cuyo pomo de regulación está colocado dentro de la toma de magasynk.
La réplicas va acompañada de un casquillo bajo de plástico cargador de tipo P90 con capacidad para 50 cartuchos.

Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3.
Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
