The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Réplica fusilel G&G GC16 300BOT forma parte del proyecto GC Intermediate, cuyo objetivo es ofrecer un réplicas de alta gama, duradero y prácticamente metálico, a un precio que pueda considerarse económico. Réplicas GC Intermediate se caracteriza por su alta, característica de G&G, mano de obra y alta calidad de los materiales utilizados. También es significativo el hecho de que culata y casi todas las piezas de plástico estaban reforzadas con fibra de vidrio. El cañón exterior, todo el cañón, los instrumentos opticas y la guía de la culata son de metal. Se utilizó acero para el supresor de llamas y la mayoría de los componentes (pasadores, tornillos, etc.) de montura
Réplica ideal para operaciones de corto alcance debido a su velocidad de descarga de ~400 FPS. El dorsal aplicado raíl RIS permite conectar cualquier dispositivo óptico de opticasgo, mientras que la batería multiposición y acomodable culata tipo SF permite adaptar réplicas a las preferencias de cada usuario. El juego incluye un conjunto de miras mecánicas plegables.

Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.

Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3.
Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
