The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

La familia de réplicas bajo el logotipo de SPARTAC satisface las necesidades de los airsofters que buscan una buena calidad a un precio razonable. La principal medida de reducción de costes es el uso de plástico de buena calidad en lugar de metal para la producción de algunos elementos (incluido el cañón). Al mismo tiempo, el gearbox totalmente metálico (¡que proporciona más de 400 FPS a bordo!) y las piezas mecánicas de buena calidad utilizadas en el interior hacen que el réplicas SPARTAC sea tan eficaz en el campo de batalla de airsoft como sus homólogos mucho más caros.
Ya un momento después de sacar la réplicas de la caja, notará un ajuste muy cuidadoso de los componentes individuales - no hay juego aquí, incluso en puntos tan cruciales como culata o el frente de la cama/grip - que a veces es un problema con muchos modelos
La mayoría de los componentes principales de réplicas son de plástico. Entre ellos se encuentra el cañón, grip fore-end, culata, opticas instrumentos. El cañón exterior está hecho de ZnAl, mientras que la cáscara tienegasynka y la cerradura falsa - deacero. A pesar de la construcción predominantemente de plástico, no experimentaremos aquí ningún crujido desagradable del material, conocido de la mayoría de los "baratos" réplicas
El SRT-01 está equipado con un transporte superior extraíble grip, bajo el cual hay un raíl universal montura owa RIS 22mm. Permite montar toda una gama de ópticas red dot. Réplica también cuenta con una culata telescópica de ajustablej longitud, acabada con un pie con textura antideslizante. Cañón externo ha sido acabada con una rosca izquierda de 14mm, que le permitirá montura supresores de sonido
Accedemos a la corredera de ajuste del sistema hop-up de serie, después de tirar hacia atrás de la palanca de recarga. En el lado izquierdo del cañón hay un selector de modo de disparo/fusible. El corazón de la réplicas es un sólido, totalmente metálico gearbox tipo v.2, equipado con un conjunto de engranajesaceroch, una guía de muelle montada en un rodamiento y un cojinete de 7 mm, gracias a lo cual la réplica alcanza una velocidad de salida de ~410 FPS nada más sacarla de la caja. Con un cañón interior de 360 mm, los disparos de la SPARTAC también serán largos y precisos.
El réplicas viene con un tipo de acero y plástico cargador hi-cap con una capacidad de 300 bolas. La batería se encuentra en el interior del frontal de grip.

Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3.
Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
