Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

El guardamanos y la protección de gatillo de la réplica están hechos de polímero resistente, sin embargo, el cañón, los rieles RIS, la palanca de recarga y el seguro están hechos de metal. La alta velocidad de salida de la réplica permite realizar amplias operaciones de francotiradores. Gracias al cañón largo en combinación con la cámara Hop-Up ajustable, la bola obtiene un mayor alcance lo que proporciona una mayor eficacia de la réplica. La réplica también puede utilizarse como alternativa a las armas de aire comprimido durante los tiroteos recreativos.
En la caja también encontraremos un bípode sólido de metal ajustable (montado en el riel RIS de 22mm), así como un visor 3-9x40 con aumento regulable, una montura RIS de dos partes y set de protectores.

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
