The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Replika wykonana jest z metalu oraz tworzywa. Części wykonane z tworzywa to łoże z kolbą, regulowana poduszka policzkowa, stopka kolby oraz magazynek ze szczękami. Z metalu wykonano: zamek, język spustowy, rączkę przeładowania oraz górny korpus z szyną RIS 22 mm.
Ze względu na długość replika rozkładana jest na dwie części, dzięki czemu ułatwiony jest jej transport. Po odkręceniu dwóch śrub imbusowych, za pomocą klucza znajdującego się w zestawie, replika dzieli się na lufę z zespołem spustowym oraz łoże z kolbą.
W zestawie znajduje się luneta o powiększeniu 3-9x i aperturze 40mm. Regulowany dwójnóg montowany jest na szynę RIS, a jego wysokość można regulować od 190mm do 260mm.

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
