The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
La réplicas de de de gas del fusil de francotirador KJ-M700T
La réplicas está hecha de plástico y metal. La bancada de la réplicas junto con la petaca es de plástico. Los elementos metálicos son el fiador, la lengüeta del gatillo, el cerrojo, el cañón, el cargador y el carril RIS de 22mm.
La réplicas se acciona con un greende de gasher, que se carga en el cargador. Para extraer el cargador, además de presionar el seguro correspondiente, hay que tirar hacia atrás del seguro de la réplicas. Sobre el seguro hay un carril RIS de 22mm con una longitud de 140mm, que perminate el uso de una minara óptica.
La réplicas consta de dos partes, lo que facilita mucho su transporte. La forma de plegar la réplicas está bien resuelta, ya que no es necesario atornillar la réplicas con tornillos. Basta con bloquear ambas partes con una palanca. El cargador tiene capacidad para 8 bolas.

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
