The product does not constitute ballistic protection and has no other protective properties. It is not intended for use in protective purposes, including during tactical/war/ASG games.
The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
SAVIOR EQUIPMENT La maleta para fusils Patriot 114 cm
La maleta SAVIOR EQUIPMENT de 114 cm. está hecha para proporcionar comodidad y seguridad al transportar fusils, no sólo airsoft sino también armas de fuego.
Fabricada en resistente poliéster 600D, tiene un compartimento principal forrado con suave forro polar. El compartimento principal tiene un organizador para ayudar a organizar los artículos que se transportan y correas para estabilizar el arma que se lleva. El compartimento se cierra mediante cremalleras bidireccionales con la opción de asegurarlo con un candado (el candado se adquiere por separado). El diseño permite abrir la tapa por completo. Cuando esté completamente abierta, el modelo quedará "plano", dando libre acceso a todo el contenido de la tapa.
La pared lateral de la funda está equipada con 5 bolsillos con cierre de velcro: los bolsillos son unired dotsales y se adaptan fácilmente a cargadores de calibre 7,62 mm, 5,56 mm, 5,45 mm, etc. Además, hay un panel de velcro en la pared lateral para una placa de identificación, un bolsillo plano abierto y un bolsillo unired dotsal de gran capacidad cerrado con velcro.
Toda la mochila puede transportarse utilizando las asas o mediante un cinturón equipado con una almohadilla de confort.
