The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Chaleco táctico chaleco de salto
Un chaleco muy ligero y funcional plate carrier, hecho de nylon resistente. Construida a partir de dos paneles -delantero y trasero- conectados por una faja ligera de carcasam, que consiste únicamente en tiras rígidas. No hay ningún problema en acoplar bolsillos modulares adicionales a estas correas
Plate carrier está equipado con una funda universal incorporada para 3 cargadores tipo M4/M16, que también puede adaptarse a cargadores tipo AK. Cargadores las bolsas están aseguradas con bandas de goma con ugripamiles - tal solución le permite recuperar y cambiar rápidamente el bozalgascuando sea necesario, y al mismo tiempo los protege de la caída accidental. Gracias al sistema modular pALS MOLLE , podemos montar una serie de bolsas y bolsillos adicionales en el chaleco, tanto en la parte delantera como en la trasera.
El chaleco tiene 2 bolsillos para cartuchos balísticosde tamaño medio. El juego incluye dos inserciones de maniquí (de espuma gruesa) . En el pecho también hay un bolsillo plano con cinta de velcro, útil para colocar parches, insignias, etc
El chaleco es totalmente ajustable, por lo que no hay problema para ajustarlo a la complexión y preferencias del usuario
