The product does not constitute ballistic protection and has no other protective properties. It is not intended for use in protective purposes, including during tactical/war/ASG games.
The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Un conjunto técnicamente avanzado uniformecompuesto por una blusa y un pantalón combat Shirt.
Camiseta militar el tipo combat Shirt se compone de algodón en la parte central con una mezcla de material elástico. Está pensado para aumentar la comodidad y la transpirabilidad cuando se lleva debajo de un chaleco táctico - por ejemplo, del tipo plate carrier. Los brazos y las mangas se han cosido con el clásico tejido NYCO uniformecon una composición de 65/35. El uso del tejido rip-stop de refuerzo aumenta la resistencia mecánica del material y la resistencia al desgarro. Las mangas tienen puños ajustables, bolsillos con tiras de velcro y sisas incorporadas. El cuello de la sudadera se puede convertir en un cuello alto y se cierra con una cremallera.
Los pantalones tienen hasta 10 bolsillos ergonómicos. Alrededor de integrado ch rodilleras y directamente bajo el cinturón hay inserciones hechas de material elástico, que se supone para aumentar la comodidad de movimiento en este uniformeze. Tanto las rodilleras como las coderas se pueden quitar fácilmente cuando sea necesario. La circunferencia de la parte inferior de las piernas se puede ajustar con correas de velcro, al igual que las rodilleras. Los pantalones también están fabricados con tejido rip-stop NYCO de composición 65/35.
Uniforme el tejido está recubierto adicionalmente con Teflon® DuPont™, lo que lo hace altamente impermeable, inodoro y transpirable. El proceso especial de teñido y estampado, que implica la incrustación profunda del pigmento, minimiza la pérdida de color y el desgaste del tejido durante su uso.
