La réplica ha sido fabricada en colaboración con la marca estadounidense EMG Arms. Lleva las marcas autorizadas de Daniel Defense®, un fabricante de armas de fuego de EE.UU. que desde 2002 se ha especializado en el suministro de dired dotsas variantes y accesorios de AR15, también para pedidos especiales del USSOCOM.
El cuerpo, la corredera, incluida la cabeza de cilindro tipo SF y la empuñadura de pistola, están fabricados en plástico polímero reforzado con fibra de nylon. Otros componentes como el cañón, el frontal RIS, el supresor de llamas, el asa de recarga ampliada y el conjunto de correa táctica son de metal (todos los tornillos, pasadores, la ventana de expulsión de proyectiles y el cierre simulado son de acero).
La réplica está muy bien ajustada, el usuario no experimentará ninguna holgura entre las partes inferior y superior del cuerpo. El uso de un cuerpo de plástico ligero permitió reducir el peso, lo que la hace perfecta para juegos dinámicos o milslims prolongados. Además, el refuerzo de fibra de vidrio también hace que el cuerpo sea más resistente que los cuerpos de polímero y metal.
La fusil SA-C19 está equipada con un raíl delantero en el sistema de montaje RIS22mm, y el cañón está acabado con un dispositivo de escape estándar montado en una rosca CCW de 14mm. En la parte posterior de la réplica se encuentran los instrumentos de puntería plegables.
El kit incluye dos cargadores S-MAG de mid-cap. Destaca la textura distintiva compuesta por los logotipos de Specna Arms. El cargador S-MAG garantiza una alimentación de bolas sin problemas, incluso con ROF elevado.

Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3.
Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
