El cuerpo, la corredera y la cabeza de cilindro ampliada tipo SF, que aloja la batería, así como la empuñadura de la pistola, están fabricados en plástico polímero reforzado con fibra de nylon. Otros componentes, como el cañón, la parte delantera de flotación libre, el supresor de llamas, el asa de recarga ampliada y el conjunto de correa táctica son de metal (todos los tornillos, pasadores, ventana de expulsión de proyectiles y cierre simulado son de acero). El cuerpo está marcado con el número de serie.
La réplica está muy bien ajustada, el usuario no experimentará ninguna holgura entre las partes inferior y superior del cuerpo. El uso de un cuerpo de plástico ligero permitió reducir el peso, lo que lo hace perfecto para juegos dinámicos o milslims prolongados. Además, el refuerzo de fibra de vidrio también hace que el cuerpo sea más resistente que los cuerpos de polímero y metal.
La réplica utiliza el sistema de cambio rápido de muelle ESA™. Esto permite un ajuste rápido y eficaz de la potencia de la réplica a las condiciones esperadas en el terreno de juego sin necesidad de acceder a un taller o a una serie de herramientas especializadas: basta con desenroscar la guía de la cabeza de cilindro para revelar el acceso para cambiar el muelle sin tener que sacar o desmontar la gearbox.
Es difícil exagerar las ventajas del sistema ESA™. Teniendo en cuenta las disposiciones dentro de los propios entornos, este sistema garantiza al usuario posibilidades considerables y una gran libertad. El sistema ESA™ permite, con un mínimo de tiempo, cambiar el muelle principal y adaptar así la velocidad de descarga de la réplica a la zona de juego, a fin de garantizar el compromiso ideal entre la eficacia del fuego y la seguridad propia y de los demás jugadores.
La réplica ha sido totalmente adaptada para funcionar con baterías de tipo LiPo y LiFe. Con una velocidad de descarga inicial de base de ~380 FPS garantizada por el muelle real preinstalado, la réplica es perfecta para operaciones a media distancia. También se incluye un muelle de tipo M90, que permite reducir la velocidad inicial a ~310 FPS, lo que hace que la réplica sea perfectamente adecuada para operaciones de corto alcance o en interiores.
La caja de engranajes oculta los cojinetes de deslizamiento de 8 mm y los engranajes de acero soportados. El sistema está asegurado por cuatro trinquetes antirblow-back. El pistón de policarbonato ligero está provisto de una barra de acero completa para mayor resistencia. También utiliza un cilindro Tipo 1 y un cut off de acero, así como una cámara hop-up rotativa de precisión. La resistencia de las piezas les permite trabajar con muelles M140.
La cámara Rotary Hop-Up finamente elaborada funciona perfectamente con el cañón de precisión de 6,03 mm de alta calidad. El uso de un cañón de precisión afecta positivamente el alcance y la precisión de la réplica. Es importante recordar el uso de munición de 6mm de alta calidad.
La réplica está equipada con un raíl RIS dorsal de 22 mm, un conjunto de raíles RIS delanteros del tipo Free Float y una cabeza de cilindro ajustable. En el raíl RIS superior se han instalado visores plegables que no interfieren con los visores optoelectrónicos. Gracias a una cabeza de cilindro extensible acabada en un pie con textura antideslizante, es posible ajustar la longitud de la réplica a la complexión y preferencias del tirador. El supresor de sonido se monta en una rosca izquierda de 14 mm.

Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3.
Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
