The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Versión para airsoft de la famosa subsubfusil alemana de la Segunda Guerra Mundial MP40, la Maschinenpistole 40, a menudo denominada incorrectamente Schmeisser. La pistola MP40 era una red dotsión de desarrollo de otra PM, la MP38, que era un diseño extremadamente moderno, pero al mismo tiempo difícil de fabricar. En la primared dota de 1940, los ingenieros alemanes iniciaron un nuevo diseño, y el subfusil propiamente dicho -denominado ya MP40- se caracterizó, entre otras cosas, por el uso del método de estampación de chapas de acero, que simplificaba el proceso de producción. El MP40 es el símbolo del soldado alemán durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial. Su forma distintiva hace del modelo uno de los MP más reconocibles de la historia. Se produjeron aproximadamente 1,1 millones al final de la guerra.
La red dotsión de airsoft presentada de Cybergun funciona con dos cápsulas de CO2. Está fabricada en metal y plástico. Entre otros, el cañón superior, el asiento del cargador, el cargador alimentado por cápsulas de CO2 para 30 perdigones, la base del peine y la tapa del mosquete junto con el pie de petaca son de acero . El cañón exterior es de aluminio, al igual que la empuñadura de recarga, el gancho de tiro del vehículo, el ojal de correa y la petaca. La parte inferior del cuerpo y la empuñadura de la pistola son de plástico.
La pistola tiene dos dispositivos de seguridad: para recargar el arma, hay que tirar de la empuñadura de recarga hacia la izquierda; de lo contrario, se bloqueará. Al mismo tiempo, hay un cut off de bloqueo del gatillo debajo del arma.
La MP40 de Cybergun, al igual que su homóloga de combustible, dispara desde una recámara abierta , lo que permite, por cierto, disfrutar de un fuerte blow-back y de un ciclo de gran aspecto de todo el sistema, incluida la recámara, que se retrae hacia atrás después de disparar.

Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second).

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
