The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

La marca taiwanesa Modify presenta un fiel réplica subfusil PP-2000 utilizado por las modernas unidades especiales de la Federación Rusa. El diseño y las dimensiones son lo más parecido al original inflamable, también en cuanto a su manejo. Gasla subfusil Modify tiene la capacidad de realizar fuego simple y continuo, está alimentada por green gasem. Réplica tiene un sistema de retroceso Blow Back realista.
El cuerpo de la réplicas está hecho de plástico polímero, aluminio, incluyendo la tapa de la cerradura, la parte superior raíl RIS, la manija de recarga, cañón externo y cargador. La petaca, el mosquete, muzzle, el selector de modo de disparo y los mecanismos internos son de acero.
Los accesorios específicos para la PP-2000, como la extensión de cargador, el supresor de sonido o linterna están disponibles para su venta por separado.

Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second).

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
