Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Supresor Tracer 5KU BBP-12 23.5mm para escopetas
El supresor Tracer de 5KU ha sido fabricado utilizando aluminio, lo que se traducirá en resistencia y durabilidad.
El modelo BBP-12 permitirá iluminar hasta 30.000 cartuchos con una sola carga, y una carga rápida de 5 minutos permitirá iluminar aproximadamente 1.000 cartuchos. Al mismo tiempo, el dispositivo se apagará tras 5 minutos de inactividad. El BBP-12 sólo es compatible con bolas red dotdes de tipo trazador.
El supresor BBP-12 tiene, entre otras características, una función de iluminación de bolas y una función de llama, lo que mejora la experiencia al utilizar réplicas con el producto incluido. Además, cabe destacar el acabado y la forma agresiva, que añaden carácter al BBP-12 y le permitirán destacar en el ámbito airsoft.
