The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

Réplica el catalejo era de metal. Sus grandes dimensiones (longitud de 150 mm, altura de 70 mm) y el material con el que está fabricado se traducen en un peso de 595 g. Réplica está equipado con una retícula Rangerfinder. El punto de mira en el centro del retículo se ilumina en rojo con once niveles de ajuste de brillo. La iluminación se alimenta de una pila tipo CR1620. El aumento de 1-4x puede ajustarse mediante la palanca situada en el lado izquierdo del visor. Debido al tamaño del visor, los instrumentos estándar de opticas -un arco y un piñón- se han montado en la parte posterior del visor para apuntar más rápidamente
La posición del visor ajustable es tanto vertical como horizontal. La vertical se ajusta con un cómodo y amplio mando bajo el visor. Para ajustar el nivel se necesita un destornillador de cabeza plana. Montura está dedicado al carril RIS de 22 mm mediante el sistema QD. Un estuche de nylon está unido a réplicas. La cubierta tiene la posibilidad de montarse en el cinturón.
