The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
Telescopio 4x32E con mini colimador - bronceado
El telescopio está hecho de metal. Sus grandes dimensiones (longitud 150mm, altura 70mm) y el material del que está hecho se traducen en un peso de 585g. La réplica está equipada con una retícula de puntería de tipo Rangerfinder. El punto de mira en el centro de la retícula está iluminado en rojo con ajuste de luminosidad de once pasos. La iluminación funciona con una pila de tipo CR1620. El aumento 4x es fijo. También se incluye un mini colimador para facilitar el apuntamiento rápido. El colimador tiene un sensor de intensidad de luz y ajusta la iluminación del propio punto de mira. Para desactivarlo, coloque la funda protectora incluida sobre él.
La posición del visor es ajustable tanto red dottical como horizontalmente. La red dottical se ajusta mediante un botón grande situado debajo del visor. Se necesita un destornillador plano para ajustar el nivel. La montura está dedicada al raíl RIS de 22mm utilizando el sistema QD. La réplica viene con un estuche hecho de nylon. El estuche tiene la posibilidad de montaje en un cinturón.
