Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

El red dot de Vector Op tics está fabricado en aluminio 7075-T6 de gran resistencia. Está equipado con una montura de raíl tipo Picatinny, al tiempo que utiliza la base de montaje MGT/R.M.S
Tiene un grado de resistencia al agua IP67 y un grado de resistencia a los golpes de 1000G. El SCRD-66 muestra un tamaño de punto de 3MOA, permitiendo un compromiso entre precisión y velocidad al disparar. Al mismo tiempo, tiene una característica importante para los olvidadizos: el sensor de movimiento incorporado ahorrará batería cuando el red dot no esté en uso. El diseño es resistente al empañamiento del cristal, independientemente de las circunstancias de uso.
