The use of the product for ballistic protection and/or for other protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games, is the use of the product contrary to its intended use, in which case the buyer does so solely at his own risk.
The vendor is not liable for damage to the product, that might result from the use of the product contrary to its intended purpose, this also applies to all possible health consequences (bodily harm) for the user (buyer) or damage to property. Moreover, a misuse of the product will void the warranty on the product.
The vendor is liable to the buyer under the warranty for product defects (in the event of such defects) only if the buyer/user uses the product for its intended purpose, i.e. for purposes other than protective purposes, including the use during tactical/war/ASG games.
The lack of any protective properties of the product is a feature, not a product defect, and therefore it does not constitute a physical defect of the product within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
WE-2058 Réplica de la pistola BIOHAZARD
La réplica magníficamente elaborada de WE se caracteriza por su alta cultura de funcionamiento y sus piezas bien ajustadas tanto externa como internamente. Está fabricada íntegramente con piezas metálicas. La empuñadura de la pistola es de plástico similar a la madera con una placa antideslizante incrustada en ella. La réplica tiene un seguro de mariposa de doble cara. También es posible disparar tensando el pito.
La réplica está equipada con una rosca interna que permite la instalación de un supresor de sonido. El sistema Blow Back hace que el disparo de la réplica sea similar al de su homóloga de arma de fuego, por ejemplo, debido al blow-back de la cabeza de cilindro o al bloqueo en la posición trasera después de disparar la última bala.
La cabeza de cilindro plateada, colocada sobre un armazón de pistola negro, así como la empuñadura de la réplica llevan las marcas de S.T.A.R.S. (Special Tactics And Rescue Service), el ficticio cuerpo especial del Departamento de Policía de Raccoon City, conocido por la serie de juegos Resident Evil (cuya primera parte se lanzó en Japón con el nombre de "Biohazard").

Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second).

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
