The rifle replica manufactured by APS is an innovative conceptual design. The rifle is built on the basis of a construction typical of the family of popular American rifles and is equipped with the modular M-Lok rail assembly which is becoming more and more popular.
The RIS 22mm rail allows for the installation of various types of optical sights. The set includes a set of folding, mechanical flip-up sights. The replica is suitable for right and left-handed users thanks to the manipulators and levers having a double-sided configuration.
The M-Lok assembly is probably the most characteristic feature of the replica. The M-Lok is a universal mounting platform that allows the carabiner to be fully adapted to the individual needs of the user. Segments of, for example, RIS rails can be attached to the front assembly in any position and in any configuration, thanks to the openings around the handle.
The replica is equipped with a telescopic stock with an adjustable length, inside which there can be housed a battery with dimensions of 117 x 32 x 31 mm. The swing swivels for mounting the QD type tactical slings are located on the bottom of the stock and on the front. The carabiner is also equipped with a special construction, enlarged reloading handle.
The heart of the replica is the V2 gearbox with a quick spring change system, from the latest eSilver Edge series with the High Torque motor. Housed within the replica is the SDU 2.0 chip which is fully programmable. The user is able to change his wherever and at any time he wishes. No additional external devices are needed. To use the chip, press the button located on the bottom of the front part of the gearbox frame. The button is located in the magazine slot. When pressed and held, the red LED should light up. The button should be held down until the LED blinks twice. We have one of five modes available to program:

Dzięki temu, strzelanie staje się bardziej zbliżone do ostrych odpowiedników, co zwiększa realizm podczas rozgrywek. Za każdym naciśnięciem za spust, replice towarzyszy tzw. "kopnięcie", czyli odrzut spowodowany zwrotnym ruchem zamka.
W modelach gazowych, system blowback działa dzięki przeznaczonej na ten cel większej części gazu, natomiast w replikach elektrycznych, zamek poruszany jest dzięki pracy silnika napędzającego cały mechanizm.
Jest to prędkość kulki, w momencie opuszczenia przez nią lufy repliki. Mierzona jest w FPS (stopy na sekundę).

Oznaczenia v2, v3, v6 nie oznaczają stopnia zaawansowania mechanizmu ,a jedynie kształt zastosowanego szkieletu, który dobierany jest przez producenta w zależności od możliwości korpusu repliki. Przykładowo, repliki z rodziny M4/M16, MP5, mają gearbox v2, natomiast rodzina AK czy G36 gearbox v3.
System Hop-Up służy do podkręcania kulki podczas wystrzału (wprowadzenie jej w obrót rotacyjny), dzięki któremu, przedłuża ona swój tor lotu. Działające prawa fizyki, powodują iż obrót kulki unosi ją do góry, natomiast siły grawitacyjne naturalnie ją przyciągają. Odpowiednie wyregulowanie Hop-Up, spowoduje wyrównanie tych dwóch zjawisk, co zaowocuje długim i prostym lotem na dłuższym dystansie oraz większeym skupieniem strzału (poprawienie celności).
