The latest line of Avalon carbine replicas manufactured by the renowned Vega Force Company is a combination of a perfect exterior paired with an equally perfect interior. The attention to detail is visible on display here in every element - from the tip of the flash hider to the butt-plate. The Avalon replicas were designed to be top-shelf replicas, best of the best.
The rifle is, of course, full metal (aluminum alloy), with additional elements made out of stee, such as the flash hider, the shell ejector flap, the stock guide ring and manipulators. The body features eye-catching Avalon Weapons Works markings. The pistol grip with a non-slip rough texture, the trigger guard and an adjustable, telescopic stock are made out of reinforced polymer.
It is worth taking note of the stock, because the Avalon replicas use the proprietary QRS (Quick Response System) stock, patented by VFC The QRS stock has a place for a battery, sling hooks, a comfortable butt plate and a short 22mm RIS rail. You do not need any tools to access the stock to connect the battery. The stock is made out of high-quality, strong polymer, it also has a new type of length adjustment lever.

"kopnięcie", czyli odrzut spowodowany zwrotnym ruchem zamka.
W modelach gazowych, system blowback działa dzięki przeznaczonej na ten cel większej części gazu, natomiast w replikach elektrycznych, zamek poruszany jest dzięki pracy silnika napędzającego cały mechanizm.
Jest to prędkość kulki, w momencie opuszczenia przez nią lufy repliki. Mierzona jest w FPS (stopy na sekundę).

Oznaczenia v2, v3, v6 nie oznaczają stopnia zaawansowania mechanizmu ,a jedynie kształt zastosowanego szkieletu, który dobierany jest przez producenta w zależności od możliwości korpusu repliki. Przykładowo, repliki z rodziny M4/M16, MP5, mają gearbox v2, natomiast rodzina AK czy G36 gearbox v3.
System Hop-Up służy do podkręcania kulki podczas wystrzału (wprowadzenie jej w obrót rotacyjny), dzięki któremu, przedłuża ona swój tor lotu. Działające prawa fizyki, powodują iż obrót kulki unosi ją do góry, natomiast siły grawitacyjne naturalnie ją przyciągają. Odpowiednie wyregulowanie Hop-Up, spowoduje wyrównanie tych dwóch zjawisk, co zaowocuje długim i prostym lotem na dłuższym dystansie oraz większeym skupieniem strzału (poprawienie celności).
