E&L Airsoft is a new quality on the airsoft replica market. The manufacturer has decided to create replicas that will resemble the live firearm originals in terms of material quality and how well parts fit together as well as possible and made strides in that direction as far as possible - by launching production in the very same factory that manufactures live firearms! The replicas were used using the same materials as in the originals: steel, hand-finished wood elements or high-quality polymer. Also, some of the external parts are identical to those of the original and come off the very same production line.
This allowed E&L to significantly move ahead of its competition among the manufacturers from behind the eastern border. It can compete (and win!) with the best brands on the market - also when it comes to prices. Its quality and specification make it not only a beautiful wall decoration but also a very effective field replica.
Outside, a maximum amount of elements that is possible in a replica was made in a 1:1 scale in comparison with the original, according to the military specification. This means that it is possible to change parts between the replica and its live firearm counterpart! This concerns, among others, the handguard, gas pipe cap, the gas pipe itself, cleaning rod and iron sights. Little to none other manufacturers offer such possibilities.
Steel elements have undergone anodizing, which makes their appearance even more realistic, also sometimes the process of abrasion of the anodizing gives a much better effect than in the case of a painted or lacquered replicas.
A great effort was also made to make the replica’s weight as close to that of the original as possible. It is heavy and additionally, correct balance is guaranteed by a steel, outer barrel. Worth noting is without a doubt the option of partial disassembly of the replica, like its live firearm counterpart - without the need for tools. Everything is based on pins and levers. The manufacturer has taken care of the smallest details in order to bring the product as close to the original as possible.
Elements made from the same material also include: the handguard and comfortable pistol grip as well as the stock with a metal butt. It is a full stock, foldable to the left side of the receiver. In this version of the replica a gas pipe with integrated RIS rail is used - it is an ideal spot for a micro red dot sight or a T1 type red dot sight.
On the left side of the receiver is a characteristic for this construction “dovetail joint” side mounting rail. It is compatible only with special, dedicated optical sights (also original ones, intended for live firearms) or mounts equipped with a RIS rail, onto which any optical sight of choosing can be later mounted.
Both the inside of the packaging as well as the carbine itself are covered with a thick, technical oil, which safeguards the product during transport against humidity and other possible impurities. A mix of oil, steel and lacquered wood emits a unique smell that is well-known to people having contact with firearms.
Also, internally the product appears superb. E&L engineers have collected from the market the best solutions and also added some of their own. A reinforced V3 gearbox powered by a High Torque motor on neodymium magnets. An interesting and considerate bearing structure - two initial gears are mounted on ball bearings while the sector gear is mounted on a slide bearing. On one hand this allows to work with smaller resistance of gears, which make most turns and on the other hand it minimizes the risk of malfunction of the sector gear, which is subjected to highest stress.
The piston lacks the upper slide along the majority of its length, which to a minimal degree influences the stability of its operation, but in a much larger degree reduces friction. Two of the aforementioned solutions guarantee better reliability, higher ROF and smaller energy drain. The battery is located beneath the dust cover. The cover is held by a single latch, which allows for rapid disassembly and change of the power source at any moment.
The pneumatic system consists of a set of a silent piston and cylinder heads, which prolongs the lifetime of the system and provides better absorption. The replica has a ball-bearing spring guide and the sector gear has an enlarged delayer clip. It provides the BB with more time to be introduced into the chamber, which is especially important when dealing with configurations with high rate of fire.
High accuracy and tight cone of fire provides the implemented internal barrel with a diameter of 6.04 mm.
Care for details is expressed also by hand-placed, individual certificate of quality. Included with every replica, it contains a serial number, name and confirmed by stamps completed control of: external parts, functionality and contents of package. There is also a table that shows results of 5 consecutive shots on a chronograph, in both meters per second and joules.
The replica comes with a Hi-Cap, steel magazine with a capacity of up to 150 BBs.

What is Version 2.0 characteristic for?
Replicas come in brand new, practical and elegant boxes. The boxes are fully filled with a hard foam which safely and firmly holds the replica and all of its accessories in place. E&L replica in new version is characteristic for increased muzzle velocity, furthermore the gearbox skeleton and improved Hop-Up chamber were made in black, mat color. Each replica comes with an oilcan, while models featuring a fixed stock additionally come with a cleaning kit, the very same as the one intended for a live firearm.

Magazine Compatibility: the replica is compatible with a majority of magazine types by LCT and MAG, an adaptation of some of CM, Boyi and JG magazines may require minor modifications.

Akumulatory NiMH charakteryzują się szybszym czasem samorozładowania i krótszą żywotnością - z drugiej strony, osiągają one ok. 30% więcej pojemności.
Blow Back (BB) jest to system imitujący pracę zamka (odrzut podczas wystrzału), który spotykany jest najczęściej w modelach gazowych pistoletów i karabinów, jednakże co raz częściej pojawia się on także w replikach elektrycznych. Dzięki temu, strzelanie staje się bardziej zbliżone do ostrych odpowiedników, co zwiększa realizm podczas rozgrywek. Za każdym naciśnięciem za spust, replice towarzyszy tzw. "kopnięcie", czyli odrzut spowodowany zwrotnym ruchem zamka.
W modelach gazowych, system blowback działa dzięki przeznaczonej na ten cel większej części gazu, natomiast w replikach elektrycznych, zamek poruszany jest dzięki pracy silnika napędzającego cały mechanizm.
Jest to prędkość kulki, w momencie opuszczenia przez nią lufy repliki. Mierzona jest w FPS (stopy na sekundę).

Oznaczenia v2, v3, v6 nie oznaczają stopnia zaawansowania mechanizmu ,a jedynie kształt zastosowanego szkieletu, który dobierany jest przez producenta w zależności od możliwości korpusu repliki. Przykładowo, repliki z rodziny M4/M16, MP5, mają gearbox v2, natomiast rodzina AK czy G36 gearbox v3.
System Hop-Up służy do podkręcania kulki podczas wystrzału (wprowadzenie jej w obrót rotacyjny), dzięki któremu, przedłuża ona swój tor lotu. Działające prawa fizyki, powodują iż obrót kulki unosi ją do góry, natomiast siły grawitacyjne naturalnie ją przyciągają. Odpowiednie wyregulowanie Hop-Up, spowoduje wyrównanie tych dwóch zjawisk, co zaowocuje długim i prostym lotem na dłuższym dystansie oraz większeym skupieniem strzału (poprawienie celności).
