De verkoper is niet aansprakelijk voor schade aan het product als gevolg van gebruik van het product op een andere dan de bedoelde manier, met inbegrip van eventuele gezondheidsgevolgen van de gebruiker (koper) of schade aan eigendom, terwijl het product zelf niet onderworpen is aan enige garantie.

S2 Baton XM-L2 Flashlight
EDC (everyday carry) flashlight, powered by a 18650 battery or 2 Cr123 3V batteries. Due to efficient Cree XM-L2 diode and PMMA TIR optics (lens/reflex sight) it provides a beam of light of 950 lumens. Members of armed forces will appreciate the strong backup in case of malfunction of tactical flashlight or a headlamp.
The casing of the flashlight was made from aerospace aluminum covered with hard, anodizing in black colour. In addition, the head of the flashlight is protected with steel crown in the front. Such construction allowed to increase the resistance to fall damage to a height of 1,5 m.
Implemented seals guarantee IPX8 Water Resistance. The flashlight’s head is fixed, which reduces the risk of damage and seal breaking. Batteries are installed after removal of the rear cap. The cap is flat and allows for the flashlight to be put in vertical position. Additionally, the cap contains a strong magnet which allows for sticking the flashlight to any steel surface, even to a roof or a vehicle.
The heart of the flashlight is advanced electronics which steers the power drain directed to the XML diode. Thanks to that, the flashlight can cast light in a selected mode with the same power until complete discharge of the battery. Active Thermal Management system protects the diode from overheating whilst operating in the most powerful mode. After 90 seconds it reduces the voltage and stabilizes the light on a level of around500 lumens. After deactivation of the flashlight, cooling off and reactivation, the flashlight will once again operate in the most powerful mode. Electronics is also responsible for initiating different modes and memorizing the last used mode.
The flashlight can be turned on with a button located before the head of the flashlight, which is a comfortable and at the same time practically unheard of solution in the case of flashlights of this size.
Modes: 10 lm/ 80 lm/ 400 lm/ 950 lm are switched between via a long press of the on/off button when the flashlight is turned on. Moonlight mode (0,5 lm) is initiated after pressing and holding the on/off button for around 1 second when the flashlight is turned on. This weakest level of light is a valuable option when used during reading a map up close or when we do not want to disturb the eye accommodation to dark. Also in everyday situations like when we require a light source in the middle of a night and do not want to wake up a roommate.
S2 model is furthermore equipped with a timed on/off switch (Timer), which after prior programming turns the flashlight off after 3 or 9 minutes.
Can be worn comfortably thanks to a spring Clip on the casing of the flashlight. It allows to fasten the flashlight to an edge of a pocket or an equipment strap, also to cap visor and change a simple flashlight into a headlamp.
